- Build and maintain relationships with the client through regularly scheduled Technology Business Reviews (TBR). Ask probing questions to assess customers future needs.
- Review reports on customer service and ensure we delivery quality support on a regular basis.
- Take appropriate actions to rectify and solve overall problems with existing accounts.
- Understand our client’s business and strategy. Identify how technology can advance our clients business goal. Establish technology roadmaps for our clients. Be an active participant with our client’s IT budgeting process.
- Scope new projects and develop proposals and quotes to enable this strategy and/or to maintain successful business operations.
- Manage and nurture opportunity pipeline for assigned accounts.
- Understand and measure customer profitability for existing clients. Identify ways to improve overall profitability through either offering clients additional solutions, improving internal efficiencies on project or support work, or contract adjustments through price increases or modifications in billing assumptions.
- Lead client and internal projects. Help ensure we complete these projects on-time, within budget and exceeding client satisfaction.
- Communicate overall status of projects to clients and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Help establish overall repeatable and efficient approach to project management measured via an internal scorecard.
- Work alongside other project teams to mentor and ensure overall consistency in our project management approach.
- As necessary, complete tasks as assigned on various projects.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their business priorities and challenges. Qualify these prospects in terms of budget, decision maker, timing and needs analysis.
- Introduce how TeamLogic IT could potentially be a trusted IT partner to help their business.
- Develop a proposal to overcome client challenges with solutions we have developed.
- Close on new business leads with either signed quotes and contracts.
- Participate in internal training program and policies / procedures to minimize any cybersecurity threats for our business.
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices.
- Provide client training regarding cybersecurity threats and best practices. Influence clients to deploy these best practices as appropriate for their networks.
- Follow all legal requirements to report any successful breaches for assigned clients.
- College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science and/or 5 years equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport building, listening, and questioning skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work under moderate supervision.
- US Citizenship
- Valid Driver License and ability to drive to customer and prospect locations when required.
